Classes Policy

Agreement: By booking a class, course, or workshop with The Artful Clayhouse, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to make changes to class schedules, instructors, or content to ensure quality and continuity. 1. Bookings & Cancellations You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 10 days before the workshop. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 7 days before the workshop date. (Subject to availability) Cancellations or reschedule requests made after these timeframes are not eligible for refund or change, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member. 2. Collection Window You will receive an email when your pieces are ready for pickup. Please collect your work within 6 weeks of notification. Due to limited storage, we cannot guarantee pieces will be kept beyond this period. 3. Firing Risks While every effort is made to handle your work with care, participants acknowledge that the firing process involves inherent risks such as cracking, warping, or glaze defects. The Artful Clayhouse is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from these natural occurrences. 4. Liability The Artful Clayhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants are responsible for their own safety and assume all risks associated with their participation in our classes and workshops.
