About
Our drop in sessions are designed for potters who want independent time in the studio. Bring your own projects, work at your own pace, and enjoy full use of our wheels, hand-building tools, and workspace. These sessions do not include formal instruction, but a staff member will be present to assist with studio access and equipment. Perfect for those confident in basic pottery techniques and looking for a flexible way to practice and create. Students enrolled in one of our courses receive discounted prices on drop in sessions. White stoneware clay is included, only pay for what you want fired Firing & glazing: £5/kg (includes two firings & glaze). Drop in sessions can be paid at the studio.
Classes Policy
Agreement By booking drop-in access with The Artful Clayhouse, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Bookings You may only book a drop-in studio access time if you have attended a class, course or have prior experience with pottery and can work independently 2. Firing Risks While every effort is made to handle your work with care, participants acknowledge that the firing process involves inherent risks, such as cracking, warping, or glaze defects. The Artful Clayhouse is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from these natural occurrences. 3. Liability The Artful Clayhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants are responsible for their own safety and assume all risks associated with their participation in our drop-in sessions, classes, and workshops.
